How it Works
Every client is set up with a Northgate Group portal where they can submit work orders, track progress of open tickets and communicate directly with us! Once a work order is submitted you will be able to see when it's in progress, scheduled and completed.

We maintain a vetted network of local vendors from every trade so the right specialist is available when you need them. If you have existing vendor relationships you want to keep, we work with them.
Simple Pricing. No Surprises.
Monthly Management Fee
A flat monthly fee covers all vendor coordination, work order management, and ongoing communication for your property. The fee is based on your properties size, complexity and tenants.
Project Management Fee
For larger jobs, a coordination fee is applied on top of the vendor invoice and scales with the size of the work.
